在1937年出版的《南宁社会概况》里,记录着清末到民国中期南宁市的年节民俗。以今观之,部分习俗已经消失,此中所载是其最后的珍贵记录,另一部分习俗仍存,此书可作为回顾这些民俗的参照。作为广西民俗重要的文化记忆,这些文献弥足珍贵。

Social Profile of Nanning which was published in 1937 recorded the data of folk customs of Nanning City from the end of the Qing Dynasty to the middle of the Republic of China. Some of the customs in the book are still alive and the other part has disappeared. This book is the last precious record of these disappearing folklores. The contents of this book provide a reference for people to review these folklores. As an important cultural memory of Guangxi folklore,this document is precious.
