地方高校协同创新师范生实践教学模式的探索

The Exploration of Practice Teaching Mode of Collaborative Innovation for Normal College Students in Local Universities

农村基础教育师资主要来源于地方高校,协同创新理念下,高校整合地方资源,协同中学,理论与实践并重,构建了与地方教育相融合的协同创新师范生实践教学模式,使师范生能够在"教中学,学中教",凸显教师教育的实践性、实效性和创新性。

The teachers of basic education in rural areas are mainly from local universities. With the collaborative innovation concept,colleges and universities integrate local resources,cooperate with middle schools,lay equal stress on theory and practice,and construct the practice-teaching mode of collaborative innovation for normal college students which is integrated into local education. In this way students can ＂learn in teaching and teach in learning＂,which highlights the practicalness,effectiveness and innovation of teacher education.
