摘要
应用型本科的转型,给各高校提供了一个新的发展机遇,同时对应用型本科高校教师也提出了更高的要求,教师不仅要对知识掌握娴熟,还要具备能够将知识转化为产能的能力。进入企业实践能够让在象牙塔中生活了多年的教师接触到前沿的思想、技术动态,教师参与到企业项目当中,能够使教师切实理解企业项目的处理流程、管理制度和项目要求规范,使教师从以前的纸上谈兵到真正的感同身受,为进一步提高学生应用技能的培养奠定基础。
The transformation of applied undergraduate universi-ties not only provides universities with a new opportunity for de-velopment, but also puts forward higher requirements for teachersin applied undergraduate universities. Teachers should not onlymaster knowledge but also possess the ability to transform knowl-edge into productive capacity. Enterprise practice enables teach-ers to keep track of advanced ideas and technology trends, as itenables teachers to learn about the process flow, managementsystem and requirements and norms of enterprise projects. Thiswill enhance teachers' practical ability and lay a foundation forthe improvement of students' applied skills.
