"银行实务"课程是一门实践性较强的专业课程,为提高学生应用实践能力,促进学生就业,按照"实务操作为主,理论巩固为辅"的思路,从教材选择、教学设计、教学方法及考核评价体系对课堂教学进行实务改革。以实践课时为主的新课程符合学科要求,不仅丰富课程内容,而且提高学生上课的积极性,拓宽了知识面,这种实务教学改革取得了较好的效果。

The course named Practice of Banking isa highly op-erational course. In order to improve students＇ practical abilityand promote students＇ employment, according to the thoughts of＂practical operation, supplemented by theoretical consolidation＂,we carry out the practical reform within the classroom teaching.The ways of the reform includes more selected teaching materials,new teaching designs and methods and updated evaluation sys-tem. The course mainly based on practice meets the new require-ments of the discipline, which not only enriches the content of thecourse, but also enhances students＇ enthusiasm and broadenstheir knowledge. This practical teaching reform has mostlyachieved the original goal.
