“化工安全技术”实践教学中以岗位需求为导向的教学方法研究

Study on Teaching Methods Oriented by Job Requirements in Practical Teaching of “Chemical Safety Technology”

近年来,随着我国新型工业化道路的发展,对产业人才的需求达到了前所未有的高度,而职业教育作为产业人才输送的主要"根据地"之一,怎么样才能培养出符合社会发展、企业需求的人才,成为各大职业院校重点思考的问题。本文以应用化工技术专业中的"化工安全技术"课程为例,采用"教-学-做-训-评"一体化的教学方法,通过整合教学内容、采用灵活多样的教学手段和系统化的考核方式等对"化工安全技术"课程进行改革实践,探索出以"岗位需求"为导向的实践教学模式。明确以"岗位需求"为导向的实践教学定位,最终满足企业的岗位需求,培养学生的综合能力,提高学生的岗位适应力,满足岗位对化工人才的新要求。

In recent years, with the development of new-type in-dustrialization in our country, the demand for industrial talentshas reached an unprecedented height. As one of the main＂bases＂ providing industrial talents, how vocational educationcan cultivate talents meeting the needs of social development andenterprise development has become a focal issue for vocationalcolleges. Taking the course of ＂Chemical Safety Technology＂ inthe specialty of applied chemical engineering as an example, thispaper adopts the integrated teaching method of ＂teaching-learn-ing-doing-training-appraising＂ to reform the course of ＂Chemi-cal Safety Technology＂ by integrating teaching methods and tak-ing flexible and diverse teaching means and systematic evaluationmethods, and exploresa practical teaching model oriented by＂job requirements＂. Based on the practical teaching oriented by＂job requirements＂, we can meet the needs of jobs, cultivate students＇ comprehensive ability, enhance their ability of job adapt-ability, and meet the new requirements of jobs for chemical talents.
