经过多年的观察,备考英语高职高考的整个过程,英语老师就像一个有经验的登山者带着一群想登上山顶的人,一起征服一个山峰的过程。当然这是一个艰难的过程,有努力、汗水、有成功的喜悦,但在这之前师生在教与学的过程中会经历相当长的一段"高原期"。英语学习中遇到停滞不前的状态,老是感觉在原地打转,这样会影响到学习效果。如何在这个时期努力突出重围,顺利高效度过"高原期"十分值得探讨。

After many years of observation, the writer found thatthe whole process of preparing for the English test of higher vo-cational college entrance examination is likea process in whichthe English teacher acts as an experienced mountain climber wholeadsa group of people to conquera mountain. Of course, this isa difficult process with hard work, sweat and joy of success. Be-fore that, the teacher and students will experience quite a long＂plateau period＂ during which students remain stagnant in Eng-lish learning and their learning effect may be unfavorable. There-fore, how to pass the ＂plateau period＂ successfully and efficientlyis worth discussing.
