“两山”重要思想引领下丽水农村电子商务创新发展研究

Innovations and Development of Rural E-commerce in Lishui in Context of the Theory of "Two Mountains"

农村电子商务在促进农村创业就业、农业产业转型升级、实现富民强市方面发挥着不可替代的作用。深入分析丽水农村电子商务的发展现状和主要创新做法,发现其发展过程中存在农村信息化基础建设不完善、农产品物流配套不足、电商参与主体专业化水平不高、农产品供应链管理不够等问题。为促进农村电子商务健康持续发展,结合丽水实际情况和习近平总书记的"两山"重要思想,提出了强化互联网基础设施建设、完善农村流通支撑体系、强化农村电子商务人才培养体系、建设农产品标准化生产体系等对策建议。

Rural e-commerce plays an irreplaceable role in promoting entrepreneurship and employment,speeding up the transformation of agricultural industry and the increase farmers＇ income. This paper analyzesthe development and innovative practices of the rural E -commerce in Lishui,and elaborates a series ofproblems such as the imperfection of rural information infrastructure,deficiency of logistics construction,lowspecialized level of participants,and low level of agricultural products supply chain management. Based on thetheory of ＂Two Mountains＂ and the reality of the rural E-commerce in Lishui,the paper also proposes a seriesof corresponding countermeasures in the hope of achieving sustained and healthy development of rural E-commerce.
