石墨表面氧化锆陶瓷防护涂层组织性能研究

摘要 采用棒材火焰喷涂工艺,以不同致密度的氧化锆陶瓷条棒为喷涂材料在石墨基体上制备了氧化锆陶瓷防护涂层,对涂层的组织形貌、结合强度和抗热震性进行了测试研究。结果表明,采用不同致密度的陶瓷条棒可制备出组织致密的涂层,氧化锆陶瓷涂层在石墨基体表面的结合强度最高可达5.0MPa,在6.3×10^(-1)Pa真空环境下涂层的室温~1300℃抗热震性良好,涂层结合强度和抗热震性随涂层致密度的提高而提高。 In this paper, ZrO2 coating was prepared on graphite by ?ame spraying using ZrO2 rods with different density. The structure, morphology, bonding strength and thermal shock resistance of ZrO2 coating were studied. The results show, by adjusting spray parameters, dense ZrO2 coating could be prepared on graphite surface by using ZrO2 rods with different density. The bonging strength of these coating could be as high as 5.0Mpa. The coating maintained good thermal shock resistance performance from room temperature to 1300℃ in the 6.3×10-1Pa vacuum environment. The bonding strength and thermal shock resistance of the coating increased with the increase of the coating density.
