不同根管冲洗剂组合在不同温度下对玷污层清除效果的比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察2种根管冲洗剂组合,在不同温度下对根管玷污层的清除效果。方法收集我院颌面外科离体单根前牙80颗,均采用机动Pro Taper进行根管预备,根据冲洗液组合的不同,冲洗液温度的不同,将离体牙随机分为4组(n=20),A组:常温次氯酸钠(Naocl)+17%EDTA;B组:常温(Naocl)+MTAD;C组:37℃次氯酸钠(Naocl)+17%EDTA;D组:37℃(Naocl)+MTAD。通过电子显微镜扫描观察评估根上1/3,根中1/3和根冠1/3玷污层清除情况。结果 C组和D组(37℃组)根管玷污层清除效果优于A组和B组(常温组),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且B组(MTAD组)玷污层清除效果明显高于A组(MTAD组),D组玷污层清除效果高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在同一温度下,根管冲洗液组合Naocl+MTAD根管玷污层清除能力优于Naocl+17%EDTA冲洗液组合;在不同温度下,37℃组对玷污层的清除力优于常温组。
