浓替硝唑联合蒲地蓝漱口治疗菌斑性牙龈炎疗效观察

目的观察浓替硝唑含漱液联合蒲地蓝口服液对菌斑性牙龈炎的疗效。方法选取2016年4月~2017年5月来我院口腔科就诊并且被确诊为菌斑性牙龈炎的患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。实验组患者采用浓替硝唑含漱液联合蒲地蓝口服液进行治疗,对照组患者采用复方硼砂漱口液进行治疗。观察并记录用药前后牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数的变化以及不良反应。结果实验组和对照组患者治疗前,牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较(P>0.05);实验组和对照组患者治疗后,牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较(P<0.05);实验组治疗前后,牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后,牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数比较(P<0.05)。用药10天后,实验组对牙龈炎的有效率为96.7%;对照组对牙龈炎的有效率为76.7%。治疗过程中,除实验组两例患者出现味觉异常(停药两天后恢复正常),其他均无不良反应。结论浓替硝唑含漱液联合蒲地蓝口服液治疗菌斑性牙龈炎安全有效,值得进一步在临床工作中推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic efect of concentrated tinazole and blue oral liquid on the bacterial plaque of gingivitis.Methods 60 cases of patients with plaque disease were diagnosed by oral cavity of our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017,and 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each with 30 cases.The patients in the experimental group were treated with a combination of initriazole and cattail blue oral liquid,and the control group was treated with compound borax rinse.To observe and record the changes of gingival index,gingival bleeding index and adverse reaction.Using SPSS20.0 software,the data obtained are t-test and chi-square test.Results The index of gingival index and gingival bleeding was compared in the two groups before treatment.After treatment of two groups of patients,the gingival index and gingival bleeding index were compared with（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment group treatment,the index of gingival index and gingival bleeding was compared with（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,the index of gingival index and gingival bleeding was compared with（P〈0.05）.After 10 days of drug administration,the experimental group was efective at 96.7% of gingivitis.The efective rate of gingivitis in the control group was 76.7%.During the treatment,two patients with the experimental group had a taste abnormality（two days after the withdrawal of the drug）,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion It is worth further to promote the application in clinical work.
