地上超长混凝土墙收缩与温度应力控制 被引量:14

Shrinkage and temperature stress control of overground super-long concrete wall

摘要 以某漂流游乐项目山洞盒85.5m地上超长混凝土墙为例,分析了后浇带、补偿收缩混凝土、跳仓法、诱导缝、掺聚丙烯纤维和多种措施共用等几种收缩应力控制方法,对其收缩应力和温度应力、考虑桩基刚度影响的墙预应力进行了计算。介绍了本项目收缩应力、温度应力的控制方法和抵抗措施,并对类似项目提出设计建议。 The Showbox of a rafting ride entertainment with a 85. 5 m-long overground super-long concrete wall was taken as an example to analyze the shrinkage stress control methods including post-cast strip,shrinkage-compensating concrete,alternative bay construction method,control joint,polypropylene fiber and a combination of the measures above. The shrinkage stress and temperature stress of super-long wall and prestress on the wall under the effect of consideration of the stiffness of piled foundation were calculated. The resisting measures and control methods of shrinkage stress and temperature stress in this project were introduced and design suggestions on similar projects were proposed.
