麻疯树油一步加氢催化制备生物航空煤油 被引量:8

摘要 以麻疯树油为原料,以自制的Pt/SAPO-11为催化剂,一步加氢制备生物航空煤油。探究了反应温度、氢压、油剂比、反应时间和转速对C_8~C_(16)比率和C_8~C_(16)烃异构率的影响。结果表明:在反应温度290℃、氢压2.5 MPa、油剂比10∶1、反应时间3 h、转速200 r/min的条件下,产物C_8~C_(16)比率为69.2%,C_8~C_(16)烃异构率为19.01%;对精馏后的产品进行性能检测,各检测指标达到了3号喷气燃料的标准(GB 6537—2006)。 Bio- aviation kerosene was prepared from Jatropha oil by one -step hydrogenation with Pt/SAPO - 11 as catalyst. The impacts of reaction temperature, hydrogen pressure, ratio ot oil to catalyst, reaction time and stirring speed on Cs - C16 ratio and Cs - C16 isomerization rate were studied. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: reaction temperature 290 ℃, hy- drogen pressure 2.5 MPa, ratio of oil to catalyst 10: 1, reaction time 3 h and stirring speed 200 r/min. Under the optimal conditions, the C8- C1 ratio and Cs - C16 isomerization rate were 69.2% and 19. 01%, respectively. The performance of the distillation product was detected, and each index met the standard of GB 6537-2006 No. 3 jet fuel.
