现代学徒制作为当前高职院校人才培养模式创新的主要手段,在实施过程中存在着一定的困难,尤其在企业参与程度的提高和如何引入科学公正的第三方评价等方面需要学校企业共同破解,本文以陕西青年职业学院财经系汽车营销专业落实现代学徒制的一些做法和思考与业内人士进行探讨。

As a major means for talents＇ cultivation innovation of automobile marketing,the system of modern apprentice plays a crucial role in the alternation of working and learning as well as the merger of producing and teaching,yet there exists certain difficulties in execution especially requires colleges and enterprises to solve the issues of the promotion of enterprises＇ participation and how to introduce scientific and objective appraisal from the third party. The essay held an exploration on the practice of execution on apprentice system in Shaanxi Youth Vocational College,expecting to consult ponders with the circle.
