文章采用比较的方法,将竞争性谈判与竞争磋商两种不同评审方式加以区别,并提出竞争性磋商其他值得注意的事项,以供业内人士在参加政府采购活动中参考。
The article adopts the comparison method, distinguishes the two different assessment methods of competitive negotiation and competitive consultations, and puts forward other noteworthy matters in competitive consultations, to provide reference for the industry insiders to participate in government procurement activities.
