摘要
电动空压机系统是电动汽车制动系统及其他用气系统的气源,其匹配的优劣直接关系到整车的安全性、舒适性、成本和能耗。文章以某纯电动物流车为例,提出了一种电动空压机系统的匹配设计方法和控制策略,并简要分析了电动空压机总成的台架试验方法。
The electric air compressor is the source of the electric vehicle braking system and other system of using gas, its matching quality is directly related to the safety, comfort, cost and energy consumption of the vehicle. Taking electric logistics vehicle as an example, this paper puts forward a matching design method and control strategy of the electric air compressor, and briefly analyzes the bench test method of the electric air compressor.
