基于应力分析的新型汽车散热器设计

摘要 汽车散热器是汽车水冷发动机冷却系统中不可或缺的重要部件。但在使用过程中,散热器扁管时常会出现裂纹甚至爆裂,通过电子扫描显微镜发现扁管处存在应力局部集中现象。针对这一情况设计了一种新型散热器,在上、下水室分别增加整流罩,改善散热器模型,利用CFD仿真软件进行优化,得到一种整流型汽车散热器。经过试验发现新型散热器可以有效改善应力集中现象,均化流体速度,平衡各部应力,延长散热器使用寿命。 Automobile radiator is an indispensable component in water-cooled engine cooling system. However, in the process of the use of the radiator flat tube often crack or burst, the phenomenon of stress concentration in the flat tube is found by scanning electron microscope.To solve the problem, a kind of new radiator was designed. By increasing fairing at top and bottom water chambers, the radiator model was improved. In addition, the model was optimized through fluent software simulation. Finally, a new type of rectification automobile radiator was created. The results show that the new radiator can homogenize the fluid velocity of flat pipe, balance of the stress of flat pipe and prolong the service life of radiator.
