摘要
文章通过使用气动元件,代替车手对FSAE赛车搭载的序列式变速箱执行换挡动作,从而大大减少换挡时间、提高换挡稳定性,并有效的提高赛车在各个项目的成绩。文章主要介绍基于CATIA的换挡系统设计,包括换挡执行机构设计、触发换挡信号的拨片结构设计、充放气气路的设计、以及基于Altium Designer 10的控制集成电路设计。最后通过整套系统的实物测试,对系统设计进行实验验证。
In this study. A gear shifting mechanism is designed and applied to make the shifting process faster, more reliable and less destructible for driver, to improve racing car's performance. This paper introduces the detailed design of the shifting system based on CATIA, including: actuating system, pedal, CO2 circuit and integrating control circuit by Altium Designer 10. And hardware and software testing are applied to verify the system design.
