摘要
利用CATIA软件中的DMU模块,建立了某重卡钢板弹簧悬架系统的运动仿真模型。通过对模型的运动模拟,得到了前悬架各运动部件的3D包络,对悬架周边零件的安装布置进行间隙校核。相比传统的二维平面绘图校核方法,更加直观精确,为此类悬架系统的设计提供参考。
Build a motion simulation model of heavy truck leaf spring suspension based on "CATIA DMU Kinematics". According to the motion simulation~ the envelope of the suspension moving parts could be created. Thus clearance check would be more accurate and visual than traditional plane drafting check.
