摘要
防错法在汽车制造业有着广泛的应用,文章结合重卡总装配作业现状和特点,开发零部件扫描和供应商在线选择电子比对防错功能,自主设计功能方案,实现电子BOM自动比对和供应商一致性自动控制。通过扫描关键零部件条码,员工能快速而准确的获取到零件号和供应商信息;通过在线选择供应商,员工能及时发现零部件供应商配送错误、装配错误问题,有效的解决了装配错误和供应商批次质量控制的难题。
Error prevention method has been used widely in the automotive industry, combining with the status quo and characteristics of heavy truck assembly operations, the development of parts and suppliers online selection of scanning electronic comparison error prevention function, independent design and implementation of electronic function scheme, BOM automatic alignment and automatic control of supplier consistency. By scanning the key parts of the bar code, employees can quickly and accurately get the part number and supplier information; through online selection of suppliers, employees can find suppliers delivery error, assembly error, assembly error and effectively solve the problem of supplier quality control of batches.
