针对驾驶室车体漆面脱落问题进行了研究,分析出漆面脱落的主要原因,通过改善电泳前处理工艺,解决了漆面脱落问题,使驾驶室外观质量及防腐蚀性能得到保证。

This paper studies the shedding of the cab body paint, analyzes the main reason of this problem, by improving the pretreatment process of electrophoresis, the problem of shedding paint is solved, the exterior quality and corrosion resistance of the cab are ensured.
