国家提出大国工匠的口号后,对培养高技能人才也提出了更高的要求。文章从竞赛项目设计与专业人才培养目标融合、竞赛组织方式与教学过程相融合、竞赛考核方式与项目化教学考核方式融合和师资队伍建设与技能竞赛相融合四个方面探究汽车维修专业技能竞赛与人才培养融合的途径,以此来提高汽车维修专业人才培养质量。
