摘要
汽车变速器是汽车重要的速度控制单元,文章主要对其特征及性能进行了论述,同时考虑到汽车变速器的噪音,结构和输出功率相关要求,而讨论了变速器轴承选择问题。以前置变速器为例,对低摩擦圆锥滚子轴承的磨损性能进行了试验分析,所得结果可以为汽车变速器轴承选型和组合提供一定参考作用。
The auto transmission is important to the automobile speed control unit, this paper mainly discusses on the characteristics and performance, at the same time, considering the auto transmission noise, structure and output power requirements, and discusses the transmission bearing selection problem. In front derailleur, for example, low friction wear performance of tapered roller bearing for the experimental analysis, the results can provide auto transmission bearing type selection and combination with certain reference function.
