摘要
通过构建LED诉讼专利的区域引用网络、机构引用网络和技术领域引用网络,深入分析网络的结构性质和技术知识的流动,提出了一种以诉讼过的专利为切入点分析引用网络知识流的新思路。共分三个阶段实施:收集和清洗数据;构建矩阵,建立网络;网络分析。网络分析包括可视化分析、拓扑结构分析和节点中心性分析。分析结果表明三个引用网络的度分布都遵循幂律分布,属于无标度网络。美国、日本、荷兰、德国和韩国是区域引用网络中最重要的节点,机构引用网络中最重要的是Philips,Cree,Nichia,Osram,Seoul Semiconductor和GE,技术领域引用网络中最重要的节点则是H01L、F21V和H05B。
The purpose of this article is to understand the structure and technical knowledge flow of the network through the construction of regional citation network, institution network and technology domain citation network based on LED liti network by using gin1 the on patent. This paper puts forward a new idea of analyzing the knowledge flow of the litigation patent. The study is carried out in three phases: collecting and cleaning data, building a matrix, establishing a network, and network analysis. Network analysis includes visual analysis, topologi- cal analysis and node centrality analysis. The results show that the degree distribution of the three citation net- works follows the distribution of power law and belongs to the scale-flee network. The United States, Japan, Netherlands, Germany and South Korea are the most important nodes in the regional citation network. The most significant companies in the institution citation network are Philips, Cree, Nichia, Osram, Seoul Semiconductor and GE. H01L, F21V and H05B are pivotal in the technology field citation network.
