成品住宅发展问题与对策研究——以郑州市为例

针对目前成品住宅发展较为缓慢的现状,本文以郑州市为例,采用调查问卷和因子分析的方法,找出影响郑州市成品住宅发展的主要阻碍性因素。在借鉴国内外成品住宅发展经验的基础上,对推进成品住宅的发展提出了一些建议。
