摘要
随着物业行业的发展,中小物业服务企业对服务人才的需求旺盛。中小物业服务企业要吸引人才、培养人才、留住人才,离不开完善的人才培训体系。S市中小物业服务企业培训的现状不尽如人意,而培训需求显示出一定的狭隘性。本文基于对典型物业企业的服务人才培训体系的剖析,探讨了中小物业服务企业人才评价指标,并指出构建中小物业服务企业服务人才培训模式路径。
With the development of property industry, small and mediumsized property enterprises demand the service talents. Enterprises to attract talent, personnel training ,retain talent the perfect cannot be separated training system. Based on the survey, it is found that the training status of small and mediumsized property service enterprises in S City is not satisfactory, and the contradiction between training needs and development is obvious. This paper analyzes the evaluation index of talents of small and medium - sized property service enterprises, and points out the model of training personnel service talents in small and medium - sized property service enterprises.
