摘要
为了解决小窑矿井无序开发遗留的旧采残煤重新开发问题,构建了"U型钢(或工字钢)+注浆+让压锚杆"联合支护系统,U型钢支护的作用是形成巷道形状并支撑注浆浆体,注浆的作用是填补老空区封闭风路,让压锚杆的作用是增强注浆浆体的强度并平衡老空区的不均衡应力,该联合支护系统可以确保巷道围岩稳定和安全生产,实现了旧采残留煤的安全高效复采。
In order to recover the residual coal left by small mine, U shaped steel+ grouting + pressure relief anchor bolt support system was given. U shaped steel+ grouting supporting grouting paste and shaping roadway, grouting filling the goaf sealed air way, pressure relief improving the strength of grouting and balancing the stress in goaf, the technology enable to make sure the safe mining and stable roadway surrounding rock and realize the recovery of residual coal efficiently.
