摘要
介绍了沙坪洗煤厂现有洗煤系统的运行情况,通过对337、338末煤离心机滤液水进行分级实验,得出沙坪洗煤厂末煤离心机滤液水粒度等级远比水力分级旋流器溢流水大。为了解决煤泥处理量过大的问题,提出对337、338末煤离心机滤液水走向进行改造,设计了具体的滤液水走向改造方案。通过对改造后的滤液水中的粗颗粒及精煤回收率等技术指标进行评价,得出了改造后洗煤系统的运行状况。结果表明,改造后的洗煤系统具有煤泥产量减少、絮凝剂用量节省等特点,粗煤泥得到回收,降低了生产成本,提高了精煤回收率。
The operation situation of the existing coal washing system of Shaping Coal Preparation Plant was introduced,classification experiment were carried out for the filtrate water of 337 and 338 small coal dewatering centrifuge, it concluded that the granularity grade in the filtrate water of the small coal dewatering centrifuge was greater than the overflow water of hydraulic classifier hydro-cyclone. In order to solve the problem of too large amount of slime treatment, the modification of filtrate water for 337 and 338 Small coal dewatering centrifuge was put forward, and a concrete plan for improvement of filtrate water diversion was designed. Through the evaluation of the technical indexes of the recovered coarse particles and the recovery rate of clean coal in the filtrate, the operation condition of the coal washing system after modification was obtained. The results show that the reformed coal washing system has the characteristics of less slime production, less consumption of flocculant, recovery of coarse slime, lower production cost and better recovery of clean coal.
