摘要 在带式输送机运行过程中,尤其是卸载后和回段运行时,由于机头挡煤板、机尾刮煤板煤粉清理不干净,极易出现打滑、跑偏现象。为合理控制煤矿带式输送机轨道运输方向,分析其传动装置运行机理,结合具体运输设备状况,设计带式输送机防滑防偏清扫装置,清除干净的煤粉。新型设计实际应用后,提升了工作面运输效率,解决了带式输送机的打滑和跑偏等问题,增加了煤矿企业的经济收益,效果良好。 The dirt of coal ash in scrapping coal board and machine head coal spillplate in belt conveyor, with the phenomena of slipping and off tracking, especially in unloading and recovery operation, in order to control the orientation of belt conveyor, its operating mechanism of transmission device was analyzed, slip-proof and off-track proof cleaning device was designed to clean the coal ash. The technology improved the transportation rate and the economic effect, solved the slipping and off track problem.
