摘要
分析了模块化理论在爬模产品中的研究应用现状,提出了一种爬模体系模块化设计方法。基于功能结构启发式方法,将爬模体系划分为5大模块,设计了模块实体,并将模块组合成产品,最终应用于实际工程中。结果表明模块化设计能够显著提高爬模体系施工效率。
This paper analyzes the present status of research and application on modular design of climbing formwork. It proposes a modular design method of climbing formwork. It is divided into five modules by function structure heuristic method. Then,each entity of the module is designed,and the modules are combined into products. Finally,the product is applied to real project. The results show that the method can greatly improve the construction efficiency of climbing formwork.
