铁尾矿制备自保温免拆模板及其性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以黄石市灵乡铁尾矿为主要原材料,水泥为胶凝材料,耐碱玻璃纤维为增强材料,并掺加膨胀珍珠岩与其他辅助材料,制备了自保温免拆模板(SHSM)。研究表明:该制品具有较好的耐久性,与现浇混凝土之间的黏结性良好,28d抗压强度>3.0MPa,抗折强度≥2.0MPa,干表观密度≤950kg/m3,导热系数≤0.150W/(m·K);而且该产品具有利废环保、尺寸可调、施工简便的特点,符合节能建材与固废资源化的政策导向。 Iron ore tailing from Lingxiang of Huangshi City was used as the main raw material to prepare self-conserving heat stay-in-place mould( SHSM). The effects of the cement,fiber reinforcing material,expanded pearlite and other auxiliary materials to the SHSM were investigated. The results show that the SHSM has good durability,good interfacial bond behavior to cast-in-site concrete. The SHSM has properties of 28 days compressive strength of higher than 3. 0 MPa,flexural strength of no less than2. 0 MPa,dry apparent density of no greater than 950 kg/m3 and heat conductivity of no less than0. 150 W/( m·K). The product is saving energy,adjustable size and simple construction,and accords with policy of the energy-saving building materials and the solid wastes recycling.
