摘要
基于现场质量数据,通过引入偏差度概念定量分析施工现场质量与标准规范的差异程度。基于聚类分析法对施工质量偏差度进行质量控制项目的聚类,并与质量等级结合得到施工质量控制的关键项目和一般项目。为加强质量管理的精细化,引入检查和试验计划方法进行模板支撑架施工管理。
Based on field quality data,the different degree between construction site quality and standard specification is quantitatively analyzed by introducing the concept of deviation degree. Then,based on the cluster analysis method,the quality deviation of construction quality is controlled by the clustering of the quality control items,and the key items and general items of the construction quality control are obtained by combining with the quality grade. In order to strengthen the refinement of quality management,the inspection and test plan method is introduced to manage the formwork support frame construction.
