摘要 抗裂渗水分流层是一种道路新型材料下面层,由SBS改性沥青、集料、矿粉、聚丙稀腈纤维、木质纤维等材料组成,应用在成都市宁波路东段(二期)项目生态海绵城市道路。利用PAC-5抗裂渗水分流层自身柔性有效抑制多孔排水混凝土顶面开裂及自身开裂。同时掺加纤维有效兼顾渗水和分流作用,将多孔排水混凝土基层与排水沥青面层有效结合,从而延长路面结构的使用寿命。本文着重从PAC-5抗裂渗水分流层的配合比、施工工艺要点、注意事项等方面进行阐述。 The anti cracking seepage flow layer layer is a kind of new road material underlayer composed of SBS modified asphalt, aggregate, mineral powder, polyacrylonitrile fiber, wood fiber and other materials,used in the eastern section of ecological sponge city road for Ningbo Road east( phase two)project. the crack and self cracking of the top surface of porous concrete are effectively restrained by using the self flexibility of the PAC-5 anti cracking seepage flow layer. At the same time,with the addition of fiber and the water seepage and diversion effect are considered,the porous concrete base and the drainage asphalt surface are effectively combined,which extends the service life of the pavement structure. In this paper,the mixture ratio of the seepage flow layer of PAC-5 anti cracking,the key points of the construction technology and the matters needing attention are expounded in this paper.
