摘要
将概率论和HEART、基准系统等方法相结合,评估在空中交通管制环境下,考虑到管制员指令出现差错的前提下,两架机广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)设备的飞机发生碰撞的风险值,通过计算的风险值判断空管情况下ADS-B监视服务的可靠性.从纵向、侧向和垂直碰撞以及管制员差错四个方面共同构建出机载ADS-B设备下,飞机发生碰撞的碰撞模型.将实际数据带入到模型中,验证模型的正确性,并分析了实验得到的结果.计算结果等于2.126×10^(-9)次/飞行小时,证明模型正确性和ADS-B的可靠性.
Combine probability theory with the method of HEART and benchmark system to evaluate the collision risk of the two Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast( ADSB)aircrafts when the ATC appearing the errors in air traffic management situation. And then judge the security of ADS-B surveillance though the calculating result. This paper built the collision model of ADS-B-aircraft from four aspects such as longitudinal, lateral and vertical collision and controller errors. Through the actual controlling data to verified the validity of the model. The calculation results are equal to 2.126 ×10^(-9)/h. This result shows the correctness of the model and the reliability of ADS-B.
