“双一流”背景下的大学名城建设——“南深圳、北青岛”现象分析

The Construction of Distinguished University Town Under The Background of “Double First-class”:An analysis of the Phenomenon of “South Shenzhen and North Qingdao”

为了对接和策应国家"双一流"战略,一些知名城市通过积极引进国内外著名高校的优质办学资源,加快建设高水平大学和学科,我国正在兴起"名校+名城"的大学名城建设新动向。从深圳、青岛两市出台的相关政策及其实践来看,我国大学名城建设呈现出了高起点、强支持、调结构的新特点;但也存在着功利化倾向、运动式冒进、特色不显等问题与不足;因此,在高端化定位、制度体系构建、卓越文化建设等方面还需要进一步的探索和改进。

In order to take the lead in the national strategy of ＂Double First-class＂,some of famous cities absorb the high-quality resources shared by oversea well-known universities to improve the academic advancement.It has become the new trend characterized by a combination of ＂well-known universities and cities.＂Taking cities such as Shenzhen and Qingdao for examples,the development of distinguished university town reveals characters of high starting point planning with strong financial supports and optimized structural adjustment.However,the renowned university town construction are found to lack of distinguishing features along with the utilitarian tendency and rash advance.Therefore,the further research and improvement are needed in aspects of top positioning,institutional construction,and excellent cultural establishment.
