败酱草的现代研究进展

Modern research progress on Patriniae

败酱草为我国传统中药,始载于《神农本草经》,具有清热解毒、消痈排脓、祛瘀止痛之功效。现代研究表明,败酱草含有多样的化学成分,具有广泛的药理作用和临床应用,有很高的药用价值。因其来源植物黄花败酱草和白花败酱草存在一定差异,故本文从其品种鉴别、化学成分、药理作用和临床应用等方面的研究情况进行综述,为败酱草的进一步研究及开发应用提供参考。

Patriniae is a traditional Chinese medicine,originally recorded in ＂Shengnong＇s Herbal Classic＂ with clearing heat and detoxicating,eliminating carbuncle and expelling pus,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and relieving pain. Modern studies found that patriniae has very high medicinal value by its comprehensive chemical composition,pharmacological effect and clinical application. There are some differences between the Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch and Patrinia villosa Juss,so this paper summarizes the progress of Patriniae on its identification, chemical composition, pharmacological effects and clinical application to provide a reference for further research,development and application.
