一种钢卷小车车体的设计及其鞍座问题的解决

摘要 钢卷小车是冷轧带钢生产中的重要辅助设备。通过对小车工作原理的分析研究,对比了常用的两种形式小车的优缺点;针对生产线的生产能力,车间布局和客户提出的要求,依据小车的主要参数,对小车进行了结构分析、运动分析、设计计算,结构改造以及关键部位的校核计算。同时,针对小车在实际生产中出现的问题,特别是当采用V形鞍座时出现的鞍座变形问题,通过INVENTOR软件,建立了三维模型,并进行了受力分析,分析了成因,并提出最终解决方案。另外,当鞍座采用辊子形式的时候,由于液压缸的压力过大,容易造成开卷机心轴的变形,针对这个问题,也提出了解决方案,并运用到实际生产中。 Coil car is an important auxiliary equipment in cold strip rolling.Through analysis of the working principle of coil car,the advantages and disadvantages of two types of car were compared.In view of the production capacity of the rolling line,workshop layout and requirement of customers,the structural analysis,motion analysis,design calculations,structural transformation and the key parts checking calculation were carried out.Meanwhile,for the problems of coil car ued in production,particularly when the saddle deformation occurs when using V-shaped saddle,the 3 Dmodel by INVENTOR software was established,and the force analysis was carried out to looking for the formation reasons,and a final resolved method was put forward.In addition,when using a roller saddle,because of the large cylinder pressure,deformation of the unwinding movement axes likely caused.For this problem,the resolved methods also put forward.
