多排螺旋CT与数字X线摄影在颈椎病诊断中的价值比较 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较多排螺旋CT与数字X线摄影在颈椎病诊断中的价值。方法:选取拟诊断颈椎病患者102例进行研究。患者均行多排螺旋CT和数字X线摄影检查,统计并比较两种检查对颈椎病确诊的敏感度、诊断符合率、颈椎病的分型以及颈椎病理影像学表现。结果:多排螺旋CT检查阳性率(90.19%)明显高于数字X线摄影(61.76%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多排螺旋CT诊断敏感度和诊断符合率(90.19%,92.93%)均明显高于数字X线摄影(61.76%,63.64%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。椎间盘突出、骨质增生、韧带钙化、横突孔变形、椎管狭窄等影像学表现多排螺旋CT检出率分别为82.35%,93.13%,88.24%,30.39%,61.76%,数字X线摄影检出率分别为0,83.33%,74.51%,0,26.47%,多排螺旋CT检出率均明显高于数字X线摄影(P<0.05)。结论:多排螺旋CT能准确显示患者颈椎病理改变,对于诊断并进一步观察病变情况、制定治疗措施和判断预后效果较好。 Objective : To compare the value of multi-slice spiral CT and digital radiography in the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis. Methods: A total of 102 patients with cervical spondylosis were enrolled. Each patient was examined by spiral CT and digital radiography, and the sensitivity, diagnostic coincidence rate, the diagnosis result of cervical spondylosis and the specific imaging findings of cervical spine were compared and analyzed. Results: The positive rate of multi-slice spiral CT (90.19%) was significantly higher than that of digital radiography (61.76%). The difference was obvious (P〈0.05). The sensitivity and diagnostic coincidence rate of slice spiral CT were 90.19% and 92.93%, significantly higher than those of digital radiography (61.76%, 63.64%). The difference was obvious (P〈0.05). The detection rate of the intervertebral disc prominent, ossein proliferation, ligament calcification, horizontally and neurocanal narrow of multi-slice spiral CT were 82.35%, 93.13%, 88.24% hole distorts , 30.39% and 61.76% respectively. The detection rates of digital radiography were 0, 83.33%, 74.51%, 0 and 26.47%,respectively. The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT was significantly higher than that of digital radiography(P〈O.05). Conclusion:Multi-slice spiral CT can clearly diagnose the sensitivity and accurately the pathological changes of the cervical spine. It is of great significance to diagnose and further observe the condition, formulate the treatment and judge the prognosis.
