经尿道铥激光切除术治疗膀胱浅表肿瘤疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经尿道铥激光切除术治疗膀胱浅表肿瘤的疗效。方法:选择122例浅表性膀胱肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组61例采用经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术治疗;治疗组61例采用经尿道铥激光切除术治疗。对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间与住院时间等进行比较。结果:治疗组患者术中出血量较少,手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间与住院时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道铥激光切除术治疗膀胱浅表肿瘤患者可以明显缩短手术时间、降低术中出血量、减少膀胱冲洗时间,缩短留置尿管时间与住院时间,临床疗效显著。 Objective:To explore the efficacy of transurethral thulium laser resection in the treatment of superficial bladder tumors. Methods: 122 cases of superficial bladder cancer patients were selected as studying object, randomly divided into control group of 61 patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumor treatment, treatment group of 61 patients were carried out the transurethral thulium laser resection. The time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, bladder rinse time, indwelling catheterization time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results:The time of operation, intraoperative blood loss, bladder rinse time, indwelling catheterization time and hospitalization time were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, with the statistics significance (P 〈 0.05 ) Conclusion: Transurethral thulium laser resection of patients with superficial bladder cancer, can significantly shorten the hospitalization time required for surgery, reduce intraoperative blood loss, reduce bladder rinse time, greatly shorten the time and length of stay of the catheter, and the clinical effect is significant.
