摘要
介绍了医院图书馆的知识服务内涵与知识服务模式、山西省儿童医院与妇幼保健院图书馆贴近用户需求在网页定制、读者调研、数据推送和科研跟踪、数据库培训、数据挖掘等方面知识服务的探索与实践。
Described in this paper are the connotation and model of knowledge service and the knowledge service（ such as network page customization,readers survey,data push and data mining） in Library of Shanxi Children Hospital and Healthcare Center for Women and Children.
