摘要
针对影响芳纶无纬布防弹和防刺性能的树脂模量、纳米a粒子、单层双防布面密度、环境温度等因素进行了实验。研究结果表明,树脂模量必须适中,兼顾防弹和防刺的特点;纳米a粒子的质量分数在5%时,织造的UD布防弹及防刺效果最优;单层双防布面密度在210~215 g/m^2时,双防材料的防弹及防刺性能最优;由于双防产品树脂为高分子材料,环境温度对于材料的防弹及防刺效果有一定的影响。
According to study,The bullet and stab proof performance of aramid uni-direction cloth are related to adhesive modulus,nano a particles,area density of single layer UD cloth,environmental temperature etc.Taking into account both bulletproof and stab-proof features,the adhesive modulus must be moderate.When the content of nano a particles is 5%,the bullet and stab proof performance of UD are the best.And when area density of single layer is between 210 and 215 g/m^2,the performance of bullet and stab proof material is the best.As for the double material,due to its adhesive is polymer materials,the ballistic and anti-stab performance is affected by environmental temperature.
