摘要
针对混纺织物的脱色研究,对3组分废旧毛涤粘面料进行脱色处理。首先对废旧毛涤粘面料进行溶胀,之后采用双氧水/活化剂脱色体系对毛涤粘混纺面料进行脱色处理,用正交法优化脱色工艺。结果表明,溶胀最佳工艺为:物料比1∶10,时间40 min,温度90℃,织物失重率达3.06%,K/S值为16.906;脱色最佳工艺为:H_2O_2 17.5 g/L,NaOH 4.8 g/L,TAED 3 g/L,Na_2SiO_3 3 g/L,JFC 2 g/L,温度80℃,时间80 min,浴比1∶30。最终织物的脱色率为67.71%,强力保留率为95.45%。
Aiming at the decolorization of blended fabrics,the 3-component waste wool-polyester-viscose fabric was decolorized.Firstly,the waste Wool-Polyester fabric was swollen,and then the bleaching treatment of Wool-Polyester-viscose-Blended Fabric was carried out by using hydrogen peroxide/activator bleaching system.The decoloration process was optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the best swelling process was as follows: material ratio 1∶10,time 40 min,temperature 90 ℃,weight loss rate of fabric 3.06% and K/S value 16.906.The optimal decoloration process was: H2O2 17.5 g/L,NaOH 4.8 g/L,TAED 3 g/L,Na2SiO3 3 g/L,JFC 2 g/L,temperature 80 ℃,time 80 min,bath ratio 1∶30.The final decolorization obtained fabric decolorization rate of 67.71%,strong retention rate of 95.45%.
