Taking an article on web＂The Stele About Royal Title Granting to Three Generation of Yang Hong as Guyuan Provincial Commander-in-chief＂as pretext,plenty of literature in the history of the Qing Dynasty as basis,and pr-existing records as references,this thesis is to make an overall investigation about the family background,birthplace,decedents,etc. of Yang Hong as Guyuan Provincial Commander-in-chief,intending to correct some mistakes about Yang Hong recorded in Guyuan historical annals and fill the blank in the researches on Yang Hong.
