摘要
文中介绍了一种电子设备液体相变冷却的技术方案,为验证技术方案的可行性,对液体相变冷却原理样机进行测试和数据采集,对比水冷系统进行测试,了解液体相变冷却的性能。对原理样机进行了4种工况下的测试,对比分析表明,液体相变冷却技术具有体积和重量小、传热性能好、均温性好等优势。
This paper introduces a technology scheme of phase transition fluid cooling for electronic equip- ment. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, a principle prototype of phase transition fluid cooling is tested and the data is collected. Through the comparison test with water cooling system, the performance of the technology is understood. The prototype is tested under four working conditions, comparison analysis shows that phase transition fluid cooling has the advantages of small volume anti weight, good heat transfer perform- ance and good temperature uniformity.
