高校思想政治理论课网络考试改革的提出,既是新时期加强高校思想政治工作的题中之意,也是创新思想政治理论课教育教学改革的重要价值取向。尽管思想政治理论课网络考试具有全方位多层次的价值与功能,但是思想政治理论课的特殊性难以在网络考试中得以充分体现;现有的思想政治理论课网络考试普遍存在"有考试,无激励、无反馈、无评估"的问题,网络考试的功能尚未实现最大化。此外,网络考试组织管理要求的科学性与规范性衍生出的新投入成本致使网络考试推进存在一定阻力。因此,构建科学、合理、公正的思想政治理论课网络考试模式,不仅需要遵循全面性、客观性、科学性原则,还要研制、开发共享思想政治理论课网络考试题库,重视思想政治理论课网络考试的反馈与评估,以及建立思想政治理论课网络考试的保障体系。

The network examination reform of ideological and political theory course in universities is not only the problem of strengthening the ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period,but also an important value orientation of the educational reform in ideological and political theory course. Although the network examination of ideological and political theory course has all-around and multi-level value and function,the particularity of the ideological and political theory course is difficult to be fully reflected in the network examination; there are many problems such as carrying out examination,no encouragement,no feedback and no evaluation in the current examination,and the function of network examination has not been maximized. In addition,the scientific and normative requirements of the organization and management of network examination results in new inputs will lead to certain resistances. To construct a scientific,reasonable and fair network examination mode of ideological and political theory course is not only need to follow the principle of comprehensiveness,objectivity,scientific,but also need to research,development and share a test questions bank of network examination of ideological and political theory course,should pay attention to the feedback and evaluation of network examination,to establish the guarantee system of network examination of ideological and political theory course.
