摘要 介绍了托普索公司WSA湿法硫酸工艺技术在炼油厂酸性气硫回收领域的应用情况,针对越来越严格的环保标准下大部分WSA尾气排放不达标的问题,设计了新型尾气处理工艺并成功投产应用。该新型工艺采用质量分数20%的双氧水溶液洗涤尾气,洗涤酸液返回焚烧炉焚烧处理,并设置独立除雾器的路线。经实际生产验证,双氧水洗涤尾气处理工艺能够实现SO_2和酸雾的高效吸收,使尾气达标排放,净化尾气中SO_2排放质量浓度小于100 mg/m^3,酸雾排放质量浓度小于5 mg/m^3。该双氧水洗涤尾气处理工艺无废液排放,是一种清洁环保的尾气处理工艺。 The application of Topsoe WSA wet sulfuric acid process in the sulfur recovery for refinery sour gas is introduced. To solve the problem that the most WSA tail gas can not meet the new emission specifications under the increasingly strict emission standard,a state-of-art tail gas treatment process has been designed and successfully applied in the commercial unit which has been put into operation successfully. In the new process,20% of hydrogen peroxide solution is used to wash the exhaust tail gas,the washing acid is sent to the incinerator,and an independent mist eliminator is provided to treat the acid mist. It is proven by the commercial operation that,the treatment process of hydrogen peroxide washing tail gas can realize efficient absorption of SO2 and acid mist can meet the new environmental emission standards. The concentration of SO2 emission in purified tail gas is lower than 100 mg/m-3,and the concentration of acid mist is less than 5 mg/m-3.The tail gas treatment process of hydrogen peroxide washing is a clean and environmentally friendly process for tail gas treatment.
