摘要 制备一种掺杂液体石蜡的单体浇铸(MC)尼龙复合材料,并研究其结晶形态、力学性能和摩擦磨损性能.结果表明:液体石蜡的引入可限制MC尼龙中α和γ晶型的成核与生长,导致结晶温度和结晶度下降;液体石蜡的加入也可提高复合材料的韧性,并降低其摩擦因数;当所加液体石蜡质量分数为6.0%时,MC尼龙复合材料具有较高的强度和韧性,同时具有较低的摩擦因数和磨损量. Monomer casting(MC)nylon composites doped with liquid paraffin (LP) was prepared and its crystalline morphology, mechanical property, and friction and wear property were studied. The results show that the addition of liquid paraffin restricts the nucleation and growth of α and γ crystals in MC nylon, causing the decrease of crystallization temperature and crystallinity. The liquid paraffin doping also improves the toughness of the composites and reduces the friction coefficient. The MC nylon composites possess high strength and toughness, with low friction coefficient and wear rate, while the mass fraction of liquid paraffin is 6.0%.
