摘要 为实现在三维织造中有效控制立体织机的经纱张力,分析了送经及开口系统对张力的影响.根据立体织机的特殊要求,设计了一种积极的随动送经补偿装置.该装置通过将开口系统的运动速度及方向信号实时发送给送经补偿张力辊伺服驱动器,从而调节张力辊的位置,进而积极控制经纱张力.此补偿方式缩短了经纱张力的控制时间,保证了张力补偿与综框运动的同步性,实现了实时随动补偿,保持了经纱张力的动态稳定,提高了织造效率和织物品质. In order to realize the warp tension control of three-dimensional loom during three-dimensional weaving, the effect of the feeding and opening system on warp tention is analyzed. Based on the special requirements of the loom, a kind of active follow-up compensatory device is designed. The device transmits the signal of the opening speed and direction to the feeding compensation tension roller servo drive in real time. Thus the position of the tension roller can be adjusted, and then the warp tension can be actively controlled. The compensation can shorten the control time of warp tension and ensure the synchronization of tension compensation and harness frame motion, realizing the real-time follow-up compensation and maintaining the dynamic constant warp tension. Thus the weaving efficiency and quality can be improved.
