摘要
探讨酸/碱性条件、温度对陶瓷砖综合性能的影响.试验研究表明:当酸液、碱液浓度为7%时,腐蚀液对陶瓷砖的腐蚀作用达到最强,导致陶瓷砖内部孔隙率增大、体积密度降低,从而引起抗压强度的降低.但当酸液浓度增大到一定程度后,腐蚀的作用效果不再明显;腐蚀温度为50℃时,酸液对陶瓷砖的腐蚀作用达到最大.
Acid/alkali condition,the temperature on the influence of brick of pottery and porcelain comprehensive performance is discussed.Experimental research shows:when the concentration of acid and lye is 7% ,the corrosive action of the corrosion liquid to ceramic brick is the strongest,which results in increasing of the internal porosity of ceramic tile and reducing of volume density,which can lead to a decrease in compression strength.But when the acid concentration increases to a certain degree,the effect of corrosion is no longer obvious;the corrosion humidity is 50 degrees,acid is the most corrosive action of ceramic brick.
