中药甘松对感觉神经损伤性盐敏感高血压大鼠心肌钠离子的影响 被引量:6

The effects of the volatile oil of Nardostachy chinensis Batal on cardiac sodium currents in salt-sensitive hypertensive rat by injuring sensory nerve

摘要 目的研究感觉神经损伤性盐敏感高血压(简称盐敏感高血压)大鼠心肌细胞钠离子内向电流(INa)以及中药甘松挥发油对其产生的影响。方法建立感觉神经损伤性盐敏感性高血压大鼠模型,应用膜片钳记录每组大鼠心肌INa电流,并观察甘松挥发油对INa的影响。结果模型组第4周以后血压明显升高,10周、24周模型组心肌INa电流密度对比10周正常对照组大鼠,无明显变化(n=6,P>0.05);34周模型组心肌INa电流密度升高,具有统计学意义。10ppm甘松挥发油干预各组34周大鼠心室肌细胞,可明显抑制INa电流。结论模型组从4周开始血压升高。34周以内INa电流密度无明显变化,34周后明显增加,而甘松挥发油可明显抑制INa,使I-V曲线上移。 Objective To study the effects of volatile oil (NCBVO) of Nardostachy chinensis Batal on cardiac sodium currents in salt -sensitive hypertensive rat by model group compared with the 10 th week of normal control group (n = 6, P 〉 0.05 ). There is significant for Na current density change after 34 weeks compared with 10 injuring sensory nerve. Methods To establish the model of salt sensitive hypertension rat. INa current was recorded employed the whole cell patch clamp technique in myocardium cell of rats of each group. Recording the effects of NCB^O on cardiac sodium currents. Results The blood pressure was significantly higher in model group at the fourth week. INa current density was no significant change in 10th, 24th weeks in weeks( n = 6, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The blood pressure was increased at 4th week in model group. The INa current density in model : group was increased after 34th week. NCBVO can significantly inhibit the INa urrent.
