摘要
目的研究少数民族药用植物竹叶兰不同极性溶剂萃取部位(石油醚部位、乙酸乙酯部位、丙酮部位、甲醇部位)的抗氧化与抗菌活性。方法通过体外DPPH自由基、红细胞内羟基自由基的清除率的测定,探究竹叶兰各极性萃取部位的抗氧化活性;探究竹叶兰各极性部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的抗菌活性,以及对金黄色葡萄球菌外毒素的抑制作用。结果乙酸乙酯部位的体外抗氧化效果最好,对DPPH自由基的清除率IC50为7.84μg/ml,对羟基自由基的清除率IC50为6.25μg/ml;且乙酸乙酯部位能够明显抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌的生长,减弱金黄色葡萄球菌外毒素对红细胞的损伤。结论竹叶兰乙酸乙酯部位有显著的抗氧化、抗菌活性。
Objective To evaluate the antioxidant and antibacterial effects of different extracts from Arundina graminifolia inclu- ding petroleum ether extract, ethyl acetate extract, acetone extract and methanol extract. Methods The antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH and hydroxyl radicals scavenging tests in vitro. The antibacterial activity was investigated by determination of inhibition zone diameters and inhibition rates of fractions on red blood cell haemolysis induced by S. aureus exotoxin. Result- s Among the samples tested, ethyl acetate extract possessed the strongest antioxidant and broad - spectrum antibacterial activity, with IC50 of DPPH at 7.84 μg/mL, and IC50 of hydroxyl radical at 6.25 μg/mL. Ethyl acetate fraction not only inhibited the growth of S. aureus, B. subtilis and E. coli, but also alleviated the damage of S. aureus exotoxin to red blood cell. Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract possessed significant antioxidant and antibacterial activities.
